Career Opportunities
At Hand In Hand Comprehensive Therapy Specialists we are committed to providing the best services for our community. In order to provide the best services, we strive to have the best therapists! We have a range of therapists we work with and a variety of work environments, including home-based and clinic-based. Please see below for details and feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or inquiries.
Home-Based Positions
We offer home-based services through the First Steps program. A First Steps provider typically provides services weekly or bi-monthly for one hour sessions in the child’s natural environments (home, daycare, parks, etc.). The home-based model allows for increased caregiver participation and carryover of taught skills. First Steps allows therapists to, essentially, create their own schedule in both number of hours per week and flexibility in the days and times you work. We employ the following therapists for First Steps:
Developmental Therapists
This professional typically works with clients and their family on general developmental skills (DT-G) or on general communication skills (DT-C). All developmental therapists are provided with supervision during the first year of their employment.
